Ugens Sparetip: Frosne grøntsager

Mon ikke de fleste af os har en idé om at friske grøntsager er bedst? 
Men faktisk er frostgrøntsager ofte friskere og mere vitaminfyldte, da de forarbejdes og fryses kort efter høst. Og så er de billige.
Så tag frostgrønt til nåde, og server dem med stolthed.

I almost always buy frozen vegetables- My family never seems to eat thru the fresh produce I buy, so there was always so much waste. Now I can take out just what we need for the meal and there's much less waste. Thanks!

Indeed, it is an informant point that you don't get stuck with 3/4 kg fresh parsnips, you can instead take out just the amount you need.
